Pomegranate Fizz

Pomegranate Fizz

For years we’ve been tossing pomegranate seeds into every salad bowl that comes our way. Don’t get me wrong — they’re beautiful little jewels. But this year I’m giving a little extra love to the juice itself. This cocktail is my nod to the pomegranate in all its ruby-red glory. It’s festive, refreshing, and the kind of drink that makes a holiday table feel just a bit more special. Because sometimes it’s nice to have a cocktail that truly pops alongside the meal.

Serves 8

Because sometimes a holiday calls for something fizzy, festive, and just strong enough to keep the adults at the table laughing a little longer.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Sprite (or any lemon-lime soda you love)

  • 1 ½ cups pomegranate juice

  • 1 ½ cups vodka

  • Plenty of ice

Directions

  1. In a big pitcher, stir together the Sprite, pomegranate juice, and vodka.

  2. Fill your glasses with ice and pour.

  3. Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds if you’re feeling fancy.

It’s simple, refreshing, and the kind of drink that makes an ordinary night feel like a celebration.

*For all the sparkle and none of the vodka, simply mix the Sprite with the pomegranate juice, pour over the ice, and add some orange slices to dress it up.
