¾ cup margarine (or butter if you prefer)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Rainbow sprinkles — the more, the merrier 🌈 (Let me just sing the praises of these sprinkles. Long gone are the days of everyone bringing 2 bags back to Israel, each weighing 70 pounds. This new life has us packing up our Costco and Target runs into one bag weighing just 50 pounds. 🍪 Directions
Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix in the flour and baking powder until just combined.
Scoop out large dough balls (think muffin-top size) and dip the tops generously into rainbow sprinkles.
Place them on a baking sheet or gently press them into a muffin-top tin.
Bake at 400°F for 9–10 minutes — just until the edges are lightly golden.
